"First, the room is ok. But, the coffee maker does not work and the cleaning lady has to bring coffee maker from another empty room. This is happened to both rooms that we reserved. Second, this hotel do not provide bottled water. You have to get drink water from the bath room and the fountain water locate at another building. Third, the WIFI is so weak and slow. It will take 1 minute to load a web-page and you can forget about video stream. Finally, I have to say that this Holiday Inn is the worst Holiday Inn that I have ever stayed. Also, a terrible thing happened to my credit card. My bank Told me that there are so many charged (total $1000+) appeared on my credit card from this Holiday Inn that I did not charged. My bank has to close my credit card and send me a new one. My bank has already started a Fraud Investigation on these charges. "

"The staff was very friendly but the property is a bit frayed at the edges. The restroom by the beach were locked and couldn’t be unlocked with a room key. Room smelled very musty."

"We had the two bedroom deluxe suite in the Hammock Wing and loved the spaciousness of the living and bedrooms - although the bathroom was tight. The sunset from their beach was beautiful The property was pretty and loved the access to the beach where we spent most of the time. We were pleasantly surprised at the activities available each day. The place really felt like a resort with planned activities, access to a beach with kayaks and paddle boards to use included with the stay, restaurants, and a beautiful property to walk around. During our stay we went to eat at Mrs Mac Restaurant, Pinecrest Bakery, Key Lime Pie Factory, Snook’s Bayside, and Reggie’s Tower of Pizza - so easy to get to multiple places within 10-15 min. Also stopped at Publix close by to get some drinks and snacks for the room since we had a full kitchenette. The room configurations and views were great even though they had chipped paint and could use a bit of updates. Overall we were happy with the stay. The only disappointment we had was not being able to see any manatees on our Eco-tour boat trip but was able to see a dolphin while jet skiing in Islamorada."

"Staff was nice. The rooms are old. Not that clean. They need a coat of new paint too. The bathroom was dirty. The shuttle took 30 min and he didn't show up. "

"This property is very nice the grounds are well maintained, and you can see projects being worked on the further improve the grounds. Being in a protected bay on the Gulf side allow us to take advantage of the free Kayaks and swimming when the ocean side would have been two wavey. All staff members ranging from the people cleaning your room, maintaining the facilities or working the front desk was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion to anyone looking to stay here would be to understand where your room is going to be. This property offers a verity of different experiences depending on what building and room you may get."

"All rooms of our suite were clean, the living room furniture appeared new, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, plenty of on site parking and the views from the balcony were enjoyable due to the beauty of the area, as well as passing boats. It was a bit noisy due to music and voices carrying over the water but not too late."

"First, the location is excellent! Lovely peaceful spot with a sandy palm studded 'beach' offering Atlantic ocean views of Alligator Reef Lighthouse. Clean rooms, big screen porches, great views from the Oceanside apartments. They had what we needed in the kitchen and bath, but just the basics which was fine. Beds were comfy and the living area was roomy. Boaters enjoy a great dock, grounds have grills and a pool. Lovely spot!"

"Good location in Islamorada close to attractions and good midpoint for exploring the keys. The property has the old building, motel style by the road and newer buildings and villas a bit more modern. Breakfast gets a bit backed up so go early if you want omelets, pancakes or French toast (the warm options). There are some continental breakfast options as well. Looks like they are trying to make things more upscale but not quite there yet. They could use some hammocks by the beach, the palm trees are begging for it and some ideas to fill the empty space between old and new buildings. Overall good luck experience, but not wow."
