“Great staff, very economical, good size room with comfortable bed and nice shower/bath. Kitchen and fridge were helpful. Good views, 7th floor. Docks shopping complex, train station, canals all close by. Parking is paid underground across the street from the hotel. 10€ per day. Only downside is the Outside of hotel gets a bit trashy and dirty. Between the smokers, trash and urban outdoorsmen.
Would highly recommend.”

“Staying at the hotel de Dieppe was ideal for me, as it was just steps from the train station. American tourists would be pleased to know that the air conditioning is excellent, and for those who have little concern for the environment, the room can be kept quite cool. Check-in and check out are quick and smooth. The personnel is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Access to the center and historical sites are minutes away on foot.”
“Pamela is kind and welcoming! Bashir, the head housekeeper keeps modern room clean and stocked with amenities. It’s a small detail, but having a napkin for coffee service is outstanding! Perfect location, walked to all Churches and historic monuments. Rouen is fantastic and I highly recommend ”
