"I thought it would be like a Hampton Inn but H4 is much better. Very comfortable. A little street noise but with windows closed, absolutely silent. Got great sleep. Underground parking- fee. A little narrow (as everywhere in Germany) but we had no problems with our somewhat large station wagon. Some spaces have mechanical racks to park 2 cars-- operated by the hotel, not customer!
