"The location was great, both staff we spoke with at the concierge desk were rock stars - so helpful and patient! The rooms were fine though could use a deep clean. I was most unimpressed with the housekeeping staff who tried to enter our room multiple times on our check out morning. Without even knocking. We had asked for a late check out so finally put the do not disturb sign on the door but they still entered again!"

"Nice hotel and close to popular old Quebec. Most staff very friendly and helpful, longer check-in than usual and some reception staff can be a bit more helpful (no flexibility on slightly later check out to finish a business call…and other examples where desk staff could use a bit more their judgment to respond to questions (need to wait in line with check-in to get to front desk and ask a question ! - but overall pleasant stay and overall staff well trained."
