"I really enjoyed my stay at this property, the room was large, clean and had everything you need! If I had known i was going to love it so much I would have extended my stay here. There is good transport connections around this property too but no sights, it's mainly residential which was nice to be in the quiet for a little while. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, honestly highly recommend if you've been travelling a while and need some peace and quiet but still able to access many areas...

"Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. "The hotel was very convenient to the Shinagawa Station which is why we originally booked this stay for our group. Its a huge hotel property with multiple wings, stores, restaurants and bars. Initially it was overwhelming, but after one run from the room out to get dinner and essentials at 711 (also on site), I was really happy we booked here. There are a lot of food options in the immediate area if you want to explore and a 24/7 fitness center that had good equipment. We only stayed one night and it was fresh off a flight from the US, but I would definitely stay here again….Only downside was the room AC didnt get below 73 and we are hot sleepers. Honestly, it wouldnt stop me from staying here again, there was way more upside! "
