"Heiss Hotel is beautiful hotel located in a quieter part of El Poblado but within walking distance of great restaurants and parks. The Hotel itself has a coffee shop, 2 restaurants, a rooftop bar, spa, health bar and a palates/yoga studio. Rooms are clean and staff is extremely friendly and help full. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. "

"The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, and there is a beautiful rooftop patio where you can relax and enjoy the view. The location is also quite convenient. However, unfortunately the rooms themselves did not feel very cozy or homey. They looked a bit dusty, and the bed linens and towels appeared grey and worn rather than fresh and clean. The shampoo and soap dispensers also needed refilling during our stay. The biggest issue was the noise. The windows are extremely thin, and it feels almost like sleeping outside so you can hear every sound from the street regardless of the floor you are staying on. Even small noises like people talking or cars passing by are very noticeable. The hotel provides earplugs, but unfortunately even they didn’t help much. Because of the noise and the overall room condition, I would probably recommend looking for another place to stay."

"The apartment was beautiful, but there are a few things that I wasn’t crazy about. There was no soap in the bathrooms, no paper towels, very minimal amount of towels, so next time I would definitely buy all of that plus coffee and coffee filters, but the plus was that it had an amazing view, a great coffee machine downstairs that had regular, espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and it was opened all of the time! It was free! It was very spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view! The location was great for me because my son lived around the block, the neighborhood was super quiet and walkable to an amazing coffee shop, a few little restaurants and a very cool Boutique. I did have to close my windows at night because in the early morning there was a trumpet player (who actually was very good) but it did wake me up (8 am) and some dogs barking outside. It was also a very short, Uber ride to downtown Laureles (almost walkable, but about a mile away ) to El Poblado, Manila, Envigado, all of the fun places! I would definitely stay there again if my son still lived in the neighborhood. If he didn’t, I would probably stay in El Poblado or Envigado. "
