"My review is not about hotel itself but about misleading and fake information at hotels.com. There is no such a hotel Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Airport. it does not exist since more than 2 years. it was taken over by Ibis Styles Warsaw Airport which is at the same address and building. Ibis hotel is fine at all means, just small minus is ongoing exterior renovation. My point is that hotels.com still accepts reservations for Holiday Inn, and the same does Ibis who has taken over Holiday inn. When you arrive to the hotel with reservation in Holiday Inn, the Ibis congratulates you with the paid parking and breakfast, which previously were free of charge in Holiday Inn. surely it is not Ibis fault. it is Hotels.com issue. i have had to contact 6 times gold clients support until finally they admitted the mistake (you can still clearly see written free breakfast and parking at their description of the Holiday Inn hotel). Don't book Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Airport unless you want to improve your skill in claiming compensation :) "

Microwave did not work and we had a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel as it’s not marked, but we called customer service and they directed us right away.
We had a fabulous stay!
