フロントスタッフはきちんと教育されていて英語力も高く信頼できます。唯一残念だったのは、朝食時にコーヒーを飲む際、持ち手ない普通のガラスコップしかなく、レストランスタッフに中国語でコーヒー用カップありませんか？と聞くも、「そこにガラスコップあるでしょ、」と言われました。仕方なく平べったいスープカップでコーヒーを飲みましたがローカル客全員が持ち手のないガラスコップでホットドリンクを飲んでいたので、コーヒーカップの用意がないのだと思われます。 ホテルは立地も良く、バザールにも徒歩30分で行けました(靴次第です)。ホテル左隣りにコンビニ、周辺は、たくさんタクシーも走っており、周辺少し歩けばローカルレストランもあり便利です。

We asked for three beds and was given a very large room with 3 beds. Room was clean and the security guards at the metal detector were so eager to help me on looking for the bus route to the museums and parks I wanted to go. It was the guards that help me not the reception clerk, they did not know anything and did not bother to look for it on the map or do anything at all. Therefore I am giving a low rating on service.But the manager and the room maids were very nice. The breakfast they served was pretty good and the yogurt was super delicious. Very convenient with public bus or taxi to get around town and many eatery just steps away.

Nice posh hotel in Urumqi

Excellent hotel at a convenient location. Friendly staff who helped me to check in despite they are unable to locate my booking online. The room is big and clean. Love the bath which is overseeing the city!

Good location 10 minutes from metro and drum tower. No food at the hotel, breakfast taken at adjacent Sofitel - good. Safe location with several other accor hotels in a gated area.

Comfy hotel in downtown Urumqi

Urumqi is a great sprawling city, and all long-distance trains now use the new station 20 km NW of downtown. 30 min taxi ride, say £3. Hotel is large, friendly, efficient, clean & comfy. I stayed twice, eastbound to Lanzhou then westbound returning to Almaty. Big room, mid-range price for upscale suite.
