The property was very interesting and comfortable. And the shared bathroom and shower was very clean and comfortable. And the rate was very good 👍. The staff was very nice and friendly. It felt like a retreat from city life to nature.

Not value for money, Chillie friendly and helpful For 300 dollars a night tea,coffee facilities should have been provided Lounge suit no cushions and cane broken on the main seat , no dining facilities inside. TV but no signal. Dishes required washing before using Toilet not screwd to floor If i paid 100 dollars a night for this it would be too much

the facilities such as the kitchen area, the refrigerator were great .the suggestions from Cirylle and Bruno were excellent too. only nobody came to pick us up at the airport as arranged .however it was solved.

On the website the amenities do not mention no A/C. We were booked in the Coco bungalow & provided a fan that blew air but was damaged & dangled from the base. The heat & humidity was unbearable so we found rooms elsewhere & left. CHECK FOR A/C before you book.

Close to the beautiful nature and waterfalls

It's a place close to the beautiful nature of Raiatea. It's very close to the hike to the 3 waterfalls, which. There are no marked trail, but we managed to find our way. Try to find your way there - it's well worth it! The bungalows are in a garden with lots of land crabs, chickens and roosters, and two kind dogs. There were also a lot of mosquito so bring your mosquito repellent and some coils to light on the terrace during the night. There are also a lot of small lizards living in the garden and around the bungalows, but they do no harm. Our bungalow had one room (with one double bed and one single bed), bathroom with shower and a outdoor kitchen under roof. We were three persons staying in this bungalow, but unfortunately there where only 1 mosquito net for the large bed, so our own travel mosquito net came well in hand. The bungalow had a fan, which we used together with open windows to do our best to cool of the bungalow for a nice sleep. The outdoor kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking, and the washing machine is great when you are out on a long travel. Pension les 3 cascade are not very close to restaurants, and not close to the only beach on Raiatea. We didn't have a car, but if you want to see more of Raiatea it's recommended to rent one. We didn't find the shore close to the accommodation nice for a swim. There are a supermarket 1,5 km away, was ok but pricy. The people having Pension les 3 cascade were very friendly and helpful.

Consider yourself warned

Be warned. This place is not as described. First off, it is listed as being air-conditioned. IT IS NOT. Apparently some of the rooms are, but ours was not. It was sweltering, so uncomfortable that we left early because the room turned into an oven during the day. Second, it's isolated. If you don't have a car you are stuck with nowhere to walk for food. Third, they advertised "spa services". The only thing they have is a "masseuse" who showed up with no table or other supplies. The massage was in our sweltering room. My friend went first, and after seeing her experience I cancelled on the spot. She asked no less than 5 times for the woman to use more pressure, to no avail. It ended up being an oil rubdown, not a massage. Then there were other things, like the broken toilet seat that caused you to have to sit carefully to the side so as not to get your butt pinched in the crack. The window with no latch to close and fasten it to keep the mosquitos out. We had to stuff bedspreads around the window to try to keep the bugs out. The couch which is just a metal futon frame with no cushion. Really, this place was pretty awful.

Nous avons été heureusement surpris par Les Trois Cascades, qui valorise bien l'exubérance de la nature qui caractérise Raïatea. En particulier, le cadre du bungalow Ora est magnifique et nous y avons été gratifié.e.s de chants d'oiseaux autrement plus harmonieux que les traditionnels chants des coqs polynésiens. Cerises sur le gâteau : tous les membres de l'équipe ont été adorables pendant notre trop court séjour et les petits déjeuners étaient plus que corrects.

Nécessité d une voiture Accueil sympathique. La cuisine partagée est bien équipée, frigo, micro ondes, plaque de cuisson et machine à laver le linge en très bon état. Il manque un peu de vaisselle en particulier verres et couverts. Point négatif, des moustiques du matin au soir dans cet espace partagé Les chambres sont propres mais auraient besoin d être rénovées. Pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur

Excellent séjour passé à la pension Les 3 Cascades . Un lieu plein de charme propre et bien équipé. Des personnes disponibles et dévouées . Acceuil chaleureux de Cyril et Bruno très à l'écoute de tout le monde. Différentes activités sont proposées notamment l'incontournable excursion bleue avec Rani le guide. Bonne ambiance assurée.

Excellente Séjour

C’était très bien passé, l’hôtel organise transfert aller retour du port. L’accueil chaleureux et apaisant par Cyril qui nous a tout expliqué. L’établissement très propre, enfaite la réalité est beaucoup mieux que la photo, bien équipé cuisine, lave linge compris la lessive et vélo à disposition. La chambre spacieuse. La salle de bain super propre avec savon et shampoing, franchement au niveaux facilité plus que 5*. On a fait excursion motu c’était super, on peut commander a manger avec menus sont variés. Cyril et Bruno sont excellentes Maruru

Séjour très agréable, au calme, avec tout le necessaire pour être autonomes (cuisine, machine à laver le linge, petite épicerie de base à l'arrivée dans notre bungalow...). Bungalow climatisé. Nous y reviendrions volontiers.
