This was such a beautiful property with so much history behind it! The room was very large and well appointed. The host communicated very well on how to access the property. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here!

No check in desk, a code is texted so guests can enter room. WE DID LIKE THAT. Room wasvery comfortable, soft towels. Soft sheets, lots of snacks. Room was very clean, large. Coxy, and you can control the ac temperature Plenty of good restaurants nearby Love this place. Very private.

The property manager unexpectedly showed up at my door at 9:30 am even though check out was at noon. She knocked on my door and seemed surprised when I answered. The bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty, the towels felt damp and there was no trash can anywhere. Also the rooms are all in the same house. I wrongly booked the room thinking they were in separate bungalows. Instead a man was staying right next door to me while I was traveling alone.

This was a cool little place. The room is large and comfortable. It is convenient to everything in town. My trip was business and this room was perfect for that.

I’ve stayed at the Benson House four times now. I love it more and more with every visit. This time we brought our 5 month baby and the room is so spacious for a Pack & Play and all our supplies. We just love it. The only thing I’d say that is out of the hotels control is that the Mai street up front can be a bit loud. But overall it’s a great stay!
