The staff person was quite nice and helpful, and while the front is not open all the time, it's easy to get in and out. It isn't a town that is open all hours, so don't expect to eat late at night, but it's definitely charming and the hotel was a part of that!"

We arrived late evening so the restaurant was no longer open and there is no place close by to get snacks or anything. Die Rezeptionsdame geht schon 19.30 Uhr statt 20 Uhr. Die Treppen sind abgenutzt und schmutzig. Die Kinder rennen lärmend durch den Speisesaal. Das Essen wird nicht nachgefüllt. "Die Zimmer in der Nöhe der Lobby sollten gesperrt werden. Das Personal sollte ja informiert sein, dass die Lobby gerade abends genutzt wird, um sich gemeinsam zu treffen. Dadurch ist der Lautstärkepegel auch sehr hoch."
