"A localização é muito boa, fica a 5 min da praca Sao Braz(Praca de alimentação) e de frente pro mar, uma area muito tranquila. Praticamente nao usamos a piscina, mas a area de lazer é linda, tem churrasqueira e ponte sobre a piscina. O jardim é lindo e voce acorda com o canto dos pássaros.
