"What a beautiful place to stay in a cute little town away from the crowds. We stayed here for one night of relaxation after a crazy 3 week jaunt around Europe and the quiet was so welcomed. The town is QUIET (we felt like we were the only people there at times) but gorgeous, and the hotel cannot be faulted. The staff were super friendly on arrival making us feel immediately welcomed. Tips given for things to see, and where to eat. The room was beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Loved...

"Lovely hotel and great staff. Rooms were tidy with many extra ammenities. Beds are a bit low to the ground but comfortable. Mini bar with lots of complimentary snacks. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and booked our reservation. Valet parking. Only problem was the first morning there was no hot water :( Staff went to fix the water heater but it did not warm up before we had to leave. Pool a bit weird since it is crammed into a tiny deck space and looks like an oversized aquarium"

"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"Tucked away in a side street, its an old art hotel. Our room was on the second floor (40 steps up and down), for us no problem (there is no elevator) but if you are older or have walking challenges, this is not for you. We liked the surrounding restaurants and shops and its just a 10 min walk to the waterfront. Very convenient. "
