Amazing breakfast as for all NH hotels, convenient location between the beach and city center, we were going around by bike and it was cool. The area is not the most beautiful but it’s fine

I do not recommend

The hotel is located near the port area, in an area that seemed abandoned to me, with dirty sidewalks and a strong stench of urine. It's also far from the city center and other tourist attractions. The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful, but the room is extremely dated, smelling strongly of mold and wood. Honestly, there are better hotels in both location and infrastructure.

I recommend this Hotel as it is centrally located in this part of Valencia. There are enough possibilities around for food and shopping. If you expect to have service like in a 5* hotel, you are wrong, but it is excellent if you need a comfortable place to stay. Breakfast is well sorted, available juices freshly made and local. Personnel there is very friendly and also helps you if you need/want something special. Of course this is also true for all the other stuff at NH.

Affordable hotel yet still modern and clean

It was a great hotel with great amenities and low price. The bed and pillows were really comfy and we had a really big bathroom.We did have the buffet and on the day we left, at 5-7 in the morning they offer coffee and drinks for the guests with really early check out. When we arrive before check in they let us leave our luggage there so we could see the sights without carrying our luggage around. Really great staff and modern hotel.

Disappointing

The arrival was poor. There are eight steps ip to the entrance and when you have luggage it means lifting it up. Surely a ramp could be supplied. There was no tourist information other than a city map. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Limited bathroom supplies and an incentive of a drink to forgo service of the room. The room was comfortable and the location accessible to public transport.

Fabulous hotel Valencia

Really enjoyable 4N stay Oct23, ahead of Valencia media marathon. Great breakfast options and service by lovely Lota(?) (also great as barlady in evening). Good location for Cuidad des artes, amazing Turia and beach area. Great power shower too. Overall excellent and recommend it !

The room was large but dated. It had a large private balcony. The mattress was very soft so uncomfortable for 2 people sharing a bed There was no duvet cover, instead the duvet had a sheet below it and one above, which became displaced during the night, exposing us to the duvet which did not feel hygienic. My husband found a shard of glass on the bathroom floor. Fortunately neither of us had stepped on it and cut our feet. The shower was over the bath which made stepping out tricky and we had to be cautious to prevent a potential fall. WiFi was weak and unsecured. A metro station for lines 5 & 7 is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The neighbourhood around the hotel is not the best.

Good Location

Overall our stay was good. The staff is nice, it’s really clean, and great location. Our only complaint is that the rooms were a Pilate warm. We did report this to the front desk who ensured they would send someone to check the AC. Other than that it was great!

I had a very clean, good size nice room and bathroom, with comfortable bed, good WiFi, a drinks cooler. Some of the decoration will need renewing soon. Sometimes there was loud noise of toilet and shower from neighboring room.

The hotel had a great location in Valencia and the service was excellent. I found some of the furnishings in the room to be a bit dated. The window overlooking the street only covered half the wall so did not let in alot of light. The room was therefore dark and with the dark furnishings felt a bit dormitory-like. I think the rooms could use some updating.

Staff friendly and helpful. The room is claustrophobic and dated. The rooms are dark and needs some colour. Long walk to the elevator but at least works all the time. Breakfast the same everyday and becomes boring. We choose this hotel due to VIP access but not received any add ons.
