Very smart and modern studio and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend as it is perfectly located close to El Turia and walkable to old city as well as the museums. Lots of places to eat in the area. And very friendly staff available 24 hours.

Our stay at Palau Apartments was great. The rooms are comfortable with nice amenities such as a kitchenette for a longer stay. There are enough dining and grocery shopping options in the vicinity to meet anyone's needs. The location is a quick walk from Palau de la Musica, a wonderful concert venue and the amazing city park. The staff are friendly.

Excellent accommodation and location

A highly enjoyable stay. The one bedroom apartment was very clean with excellent and helpful cleaning staff. The bed was comfortable and the shower fantastic, even if it did take a while for the hot water to come through. The location of the premises is hard to beat being midway between the old town and the modern sciences district. Right next to Palau de la Música and the Turia gardens

Excellent apartments but with one major drawback - the noise from other rooms. The walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations so if you have inconsiderate neighbours you will have a miserable time. We loved everything about the apartments other than that. They were clean, spacious, comfy beds and we loved having a small kitchen area and fridge. The sofa bed was also large and comfy. Very close to park Gullivere.

Great value and decent location

Apartment was very good size. Comes with basic amenities such as stove hob, fridge, microwave with basic crockery for 2 people. Located to east of central valencia (approx 30 mins from main centre). Quiet ish and good transport links all within 10 min walk of the property. Friendly staff (24hrs) and onsite vending machines, car park nearby and laundry (pay to use) onsite. Good WiFi and found most places such as supermarkets restaurants within walking distance. Only things to improve on are the beds as they can be loud and bit more instructions on how to use the laundry machine (is a qr code but not 100% clear, especially if its open 24hrs and the washtimes for each choice) Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon

Quite nice, 24/7 reception is a plus. Cleaning stuff also washed our dishes which was nice. City center & CAC in walkable distance. We were surprised that the appartment kitchen does not have any oil, salt or pepper. Food you buy yourself thats clear, but no one could ever use an entire bottle of oil/ package of salt in a week - these basics are normally available. Also horrible beds, the couch even worse.

Family trip

Friendly and helpful staff. The online check-in process is convenient. The location is between the city centre and the sea, providing access to both shopping areas and the beach via public transport. A large park is located nearby, suitable for exercise and walks. Multiple bus routes serve the area, making it accessible for exploring locations outside the city. Unfortunately there is one aspect that forces me to give a lower grade than I would like to. This concerns the building itself. The issue is the building's lac of soundproofing. Noise easily travels between rooms, so you can often hear your neighbors. We had noisy neighbors, but the staff quickly helped us move to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had the same issue, and we did not want to bother the staff again. The lack of soundproofing affected our sleep throughout the whole visit, so if you are a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind.

Probably efficient staff but definitely not voluntarily helpful. Room was comfortable and equipped with basics. Wi-Fi in room didn’t work. After returning downstairs, was provided different sign-on process for Apple products. No AC. Advised it isn’t turned on until mid-April though not advised of this in booked.. Advised to open windows though traffic and other noises day & night. Also not good for allergies.
