The hotel messaged before our arrival to say they would make our stay special and they did. We can't thank them enough. The room was lovely and the staff attentive. Breakfast offered a good choice too. The hotel is located centrally so sights are all walkable and there are numerous restaurants nearby. The hotel is located on a busy street but we found the room quiet. We recommend a stay and we don't think you will be disappointed.

The hotel is well situated and a calm oasis from the vibrant buzz of the city just outside the door. It is located near bars, cafes, shops, main squares and is a quick walk into the old town. The hotel is beautifully furnished and clean. We stayed for 5 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday and the hotel delivered Cava and cake to our room unexpectedly, which was a lovely surprise. The junior suite we had booked as a birthday treat was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Housekeeping kept it immaculately clean and towels were replaced everyday even when not required. The bathroom had luxury toiletries and robes, and two showers! We had an amazing time in Valencia - our first visit - and the hotel was the icing on my cake! Reception staff were always very helpful and courteous and I would recommend to everyone.

Hotel was an excellent location for the city, the old town and the square, plenty of restaurants in close proximity, bedrooms very spacious, some of the furniture was looking a little tired, beds comfortable and bathroom was great with good toiletries. Would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the city. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and questions. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the. The room was quiet, modern, and very comfortable after long days of sightseeing. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The housekeeping staff were lovely, and all services worked flawlessly. Some noise could be heard through the walls, but not from the street. We were very satisfied with the hotel.
