I had a few problems day 1, but credit to the staff for being friendly in their broken English and very accommodating and helpful to fix the problems that I faced.

L'hôtel est bien situé, près de la gare. La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement (rideau de douche qui ne teint pas bien, mur décrépi, oreiller tâché, mal insonorisé).
A notre arrivée, nous n'étions pas sur leur liste de client. J'avais réservé sur hotel.com. Il leur restait heureusement une chambre ce soir-là mais ils m'ont dit que j'aurais pu ne rien avoir... A qui la faute?
