“Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in.”

“・経営者側の理由で、ホテルを無断で変えられた。 ・しかも、ホテルを勝手に変えたことすら伝えず、単に利用確認という形で連絡がきた。 ・ホテルの住所が違っていることに、私が気づかずに行っていたらどうなってたのか ・やむを得ず、新たに指定された宿（民宿、アパート）に行くと、なんと、その部屋には既に入居者あり。 ・経営者に連絡して、１時間以上路上で待たされて、やっと担当者が到着。新しいアパートに案内された。”

“The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights ”
