"It was first time in my life that I had such bad experience with hotel just because of customer service. When I was booking the room it was written that room has air conditioning and when I arrived I asked about air condition. I was laughed at by one owner that I requested about it because they don`t have it and they don`t need to have it. When I went down to the reception the wife`s owner asked me if everything is ok. "Very, very convenient to the Munich train station, but the downside to that is that it attracts folks that loiter on the streets, smoking and hanging out. Didn't really feel unsafe, just a little icky once you were beyond the front of the hotel. "
