“Nice hotel in a nice area of Quebec. Check in was quick and friendly. Area had lots to offer for food and entertainment. Pool was average and hot tub was ok, but would suggest repair or replacement. Fitness area looked amazing. Building had fascinating history. “ 리노베이션한지 얼마 안된 것 같았어요. 방 컨디션도 좋고 깨끗했어요. 직원들도 친절했고 해서 첫 인상은 아주 좋았어요. 룸서비스도 요청 사항도 정말 빠르게 바로바로 처리가 되더라구요. 그래서 첫날은 여기로 휴가를 오길 잘했다고 생각했었어요. 강가 의자에 앉아서 경치를 보니 너무 좋더라구요. 그런데 둘째날 아침 식사때 부터 기분이 아주 별로였어요. 머신이 망가졌다고 커피 선택이 안됐고, 생과일 쥬스 기계도 망가져서 안된다고 하더군요. 방에 네스프레소 머신이 있으니 괜찮다고 생각했어요. 거기까지는 이해했는데 아이가 시킨 오믈렛에서 머리카락이 나왔어요. 그런데 사과는 커녕 그냥 다시 해서 가져다 준다고만 하더라구요. 미안하다는 말을 빈말로라도 안한게 생각하면 할수록 좀 어이가 없더라구요. 서빙을 한명이 봐서 버거워서 그런가 싶었어요. 애는 계속 비위 상한다고 말하고 제 아침도 망치게 됐어요. 리뷰에서 다들 평이 좋았는데 빵도 기대보다 별로였어요. 그렇게 방에 찜찜하게...

“Had a lovely stay at the Maison Rose, a true show of hospitality! And a quintessential experience. The way that the hotel is staged it makes you feel like you are walking through time, and maybe for a moment the world has stopped. Truly memorable, and when I accidentally left my dresses in the closet they were sent back to me right away. Would book again!”
