I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and appreciated the convenience of the nearby places. However, the breakfast was consistently disappointing. There were a few safety concerns with the property. The floor in the dining hall was broken, and the faucets in the steam shower were overly forceful, making it difficult to enjoy the sauna and steam. These issues were the main reasons I chose this hotel.

We stayed here for one night at the last minute when our flight was canceled and were delighted with our impromptu stay. Well located near the lovely castle. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. The staff was helpful recommending places to eat. Large rooms. Attractive and spacious indoor and outdoor common areas. Beautiful sculptures and paintings by an Italian artist. A free welcome drink during happy hour. Mini-bar stocked with complimentary waters and soft drinks. We would return!

"The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night.
