"Como resumen: la construcción es increíble, recreando una auténtica hacienda. El personal es fantástico, especialmente Fatima, la recepcionista. Pero hay una clara falta de personal y de coordinación, que finalmente se resuelve gracias a la buena voluntad de los empleados. Llegamos a las 8pm y nuestra habitación estaba sin hacer, otro día no cambiaron las toallas… Todo resuelto gracias a la buena voluntad de cada uno de los empleados a los que acudimos con el problema. "This hotel has beautifully designed communal spaces and peaceful surroundings. However, we wouldn’t stay again as we experienced serious issues with cleanliness and felt the staff could have done a lot better to put things right and make us feel welcome.
