“I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint. ...

“We came to Bay City to spend some time at the beach . The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great. The security doors did not work with key access but other than that we really enjoyed our stay! This is the BEST SMELLING hotel I have ever stayed in! I will stay here again!”
