The front desk and housekeeping staff are always smiling, always having kindness while they are busy, and doing their best to the customer.
Also, I stayed at the new North Tower, and the room condition was the best.
I recommend clean, warm, pleasant, and most of all comfortable bedding.

이런건 견딜수 있었는데 1층이라 너무 습했어요.방에 냄새가 너무 나서 공포감이 밀려 왔습니다.고기를 구운 냄새인지 방에사 누가 죽었는지 냄새가 고기 썩는 냄새가…나서 페브리즈를 뿌려 달랬지만 성의 없게 뿌려 주는걸 뺏어서 소독하듯 뿌리고 밥 먹고 왔는데 그 냄새가 그대러ㅣ로 나더군요 25만원이나 주고 잠잘 방은 아닙니다 차라리 공항에서 쪽잠을 잘껄 그랬어요
한국의 모텔도 이러지는 않을겁니다.

"Very noisy and uncomfortable. Window is not thick enough to prevent noise from flights. I don't understand what it was but weird noise (sounded like falling heavy objects) was there for several hours. Hallway is too long to the room."
