The hotel is quite dated, but it’s fine. Our room was spacious. Staff are accommodating. Excellent location as there are lots of dining options and shopping stores nearby. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience in Divya Sutra Suites.

COCKROACHES. We liked the room until my mother found a cockroach. I went down to the front desk and the clerk said they were full and couldn’t move us to another room. I don’t think to check the website until the next morning and the website said they had six other rooms available. I ended up killing three more cockroaches of various sizes. Dealing with the front desk in the morning was frustrating and horrible. This business knows nothing about customer service. WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN.
