Franchement honteux , je fais une erreur je réserve et j ai pas vu qu il prennais pas les chiens (bichons) de 3 kg Donc j appelle ds la foulée le proprio me dis qu il faut voir avec hôtels donc j appelle hôtel qui me dise que le proprio ne veut pas me rembourser alors qui m a dit que ce n était pas de son ressort Donc voilà perte de 45 e franchement honteux mais bon la roue tourne pour ce genre de comportement

Séjour correct, mais manque de politesse

L’accueil a été agréable et j’ai beaucoup apprécié le surclassement sans supplément, ce qui est un vrai geste commercial. La chambre était correcte et le séjour dans l’ensemble satisfaisant. En revanche, j’ai eu une mauvaise expérience au moment du départ concernant le petit déjeuner. J’avais précisé que je n’étais pas certaine d’en prendre un et que je confirmerais par message si je le souhaitais. N’ayant pas confirmé, je n’avais donc rien commandé. Malgré cela, un petit déjeuner a été déposé dans ma chambre avec une demande de paiement, alors que je ne l’avais pas validé. Le sac est resté intact et contenait uniquement des produits secs et hermétiques (compote, briquette de lait, miel, Nutella, eau), donc aucun risque de conservation. Lorsque j’ai expliqué la situation, l’appel téléphonique reçu a été particulièrement impoli et déplacé, ce qui est dommage car l’accueil jusque-là était irréprochable. En résumé : un établissement agréable, mais un vrai bémol sur la gestion et le ton employé lors de ce malentendu.
