"The room was clean and comfortable. However, the swimming pool was not open all day and as we were there for one night that was very disappointing . Especially as no mention of this was made at reception the morning as we checked in. The children's playgrounds (3) were also very basic and not much for a 4 year to do when the pool was closed!"

"This hotel had an excellent location lakeside and within the walled area of the castle.There is a thermal swimming pool in an adjacent building which was very good. Our room was large but the bathroom was very small for example the bidet was so close to the wall that it could not be easily mounted. The TV was also very small so difficult to watch the world cup.
