Nice for families

Overall, a nice hotel. I was on a business trip but I'd probably recommend it for families instead. Seemed to be well suited for families with kids. Food was good. Only negative was that it felt like someone had smoked in the room.

Rust en ruimte, lekker eten.

Fijne kamer met balkon en uitzicht over het meertje. Lekker rustig. Parkeren voor de deur, WiFi goed. Restaurant was goed en lekker, neem de berliotte als toetje, heerlijk. Ontbijt was even zoeken maar het was een prima ontbijt.

Hôtel / restaurant de très bonne qualité

Très bel hôtel, un peu excentré, à 15 minutes de route environ de l'aéroport de Budapest Chambres modernes et confortables, salles de bains propres et bien équipées Une première chambre infestée de punaises, c'était la saison ... pas de chance ! Mais remplacée séance tenante par le personnel très à l'écoute. Un restaurant de très bonne qualité pour un prix très correct. Je n'ai pas pu tester le petit déjeuner ayant du quitter l'hôtel avant pour un vol depuis Budapest à 6h mais un panier petit dej peut vous être proposé en remplacement. Bref, très agréable .

We stayed here for one night. We were lead to believe that this hotel offered FREE airport shuttle as mentioned in three different places on the booking page. I sent them a message asking for more information about the shuttle service and was told they would send someone to the airport to fetch us. After getting to the hotel at 19.45 reception informed us that they do not cover the transport to the hotel. I showed them on the booking website that it stated so. After a hour of back and fouth being on the phone to his manager they ended up paying for the transport. We were then only able to check-in at about 21:00 after a day of traveling. The receptionist was rude about it and the situation was made to be our fault although I am just a paying customer, it has nothing to do with me how they advertise their hotel and offered services. They later came to the room and said it was a admin problem, no apologies at all. The next morning we then had to pay €28 to get back to the airport. A shuttle service is advertised but not provided. If I knew this was the case I would have much rather taken the room and taxi money and got something closer to the airport. This situation was not handled well on the hotels part at all.

In diesem Hotel habe ich mit meiner Familie eine Nacht auf einer Durchreise übernachtet. Besonders zufrieden waren wir nicht. Meiner Meinung nach hat das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis - wir sprechen hier über einem 4 Sterne Hotel - nicht gestimmt, zudem hat das Hotel für mich keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre vermittelt. Das Personal hat zwar seinen Job gemacht, besonders vom Herzen freundlich war es jedoch nicht. Das Zimmer war im Großen und Ganzen, abgesehen von dem "Kabelsalat" hinter der Kaffeemaschine, in Ordnung, im Badezimmer haben dafür weder der Duschkopf noch die Regendusche richtig funktioniert. Das Restaurant sah eher wie ein Restaurant an einer Raststätte aus, der Frühstücksraum war genauso wenig einladend. Zudem haben sowohl ins eine als auch ins andere nur Treppen (und kein Aufzug) geführt, was für Familien mit Kindern (oder auch Rollstuhlfahrer) absolut nicht geeignet ist. Will man mit dem Kinderwagen rein, darf man ihn entweder schleppen oder einen Umweg durch die Außengelände nehmen. Ein absolutes No-Go waren die viele morgendliche Stromausfälle (Personal hat sich hierfür nicht besonders interessiert) und die Tatsache, dass plötzlich kein Wasser aus den Hähnen kam!

Bellissima sorpresa! L'hotel è in mezzo al nulla, nel senso che si trova in aperta campagna. immagino sia nuovo, perchè all'interno è tutto veramente impeccabile. Camera bella, discretamente spaziosa e ben arredata, anche il bagno nuovo e spazioso. Inoltre credo che tutte le camere siano dotate di balcone e zanzariere alle finestre. Buono il ristorante, con possibilità di scegliere la formula mezza pensione. Non ho avuto modo di provare la SPA. Sono rimasto un po' deluso dalla colazione, il giorno un cui alloggiai io la mattina la sala colazione fu presa d'assalto da un nutrito gruppo d'anziani, risultato, sembrava fossero passate le cavallette, non era rimasto nulla. Non sarebbe nulla di grave, non fosse che non riuscivano a reintegrare ciò che veniva consumato e nemmeno a riasettare i tavoli in tempo.
