"Wonderful room, clean, spacious, quiet, felt totally safe. We checked in one hour early with no problem—the front desk even decided to upgrade us to higher floor with better view. The staff were so nice, professional and helpful. The price was really good (well below $200 for one night.) We were very near the Christkindl Market (which was our main target) and walkable to many popular visitor spots. We only stayed one night but will definitely stay again!"

"The room was clean, but basic. The restaurant and food was great. The staff were very helpful and most were friendly. The location was excellent, a safe neighborhood with many restaurants and nice stores including Whole Foods in short walking distance. I'd stay here again. Try eating at Meli and Nancy's Pizza."

"The breakfast menu was good but I was staying all week and I felt a little entrapped to pay for full breakfasts every morning since I stay there the year prior and there was plenty of complimentary items at the buffet that was included to fill me up. The free breakfast item options were pretty thin. I understand the people from the street walk in and just try and take all the free breakfast buffet but sounds like a security problem and not a guest problem. "
