"This is a modern, clean, European hotel. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. We dealt primarily with Federica and Chantelle, and one other day staff member whose name we did not catch. All were lovely people with whom to work."

"This is a very nice place. However, the entire time I was there, they only cleaned the room once and then they told me that I had to ask to have the room cleaned and they should’ve told me that right when I checked in other than that, it was great. "

"Very poor customer service from management/staff on reception. The building is nice enough, but is being run like an amateur show. I unfortunately had to approach staff about 3 issues on my first day, zero were fixed, zero follow up to check with guest, reception pretended like it never happened. Future guests should know, you are sleeping on 1 flat sheet over an exposed mattress, pull that sheet back and you are sleeping in filth from previous guests imbedded in mattress . "

"Bathroom : Very Strange style. No curtains and floor get wet near the stupid glass door with an opening. You seat in the toilet and the door glass make you feel uncomfortable. A crazy design for crazy people. I hate that place. A lot noise outside. Room was near the main entrance. I really need my money back "
