The property has a lot of potential but it felt maybe slightly neglected. There was a lot of debris on the ground, the kitchen area was really dirty and the room had rusty racks and shower curtains that allowed water to spray out all over the floor. "The hotel is beautiful. It has the most beautiful views. The staff was very professional. Three of them , Franklin, Glen and Carlos very very professional and helpful. My only complaint is that by the time I did the reservation , the two restaurants were working , but when we get there the Pampas was closed so that’s not fear. In my opinion The hotel must inform us about this. ."

"Loved this place! Husband and I had a wonderful time at this place. We stayed 3 nights, 4 days, The hotel staff was very helpful, the beach was clean, the food was very good and it wasn’t expensive at all!! We truly recommend this hotel and best of all we felt safe at all times even at night."

"Property was very clean, and staff were very friendly. We had a great view of the ocean from our room. We did have an intruder (Racoon) enter our room through the balcony door and open the bar fridge and stole a bag of peanuts. We learned that we needed to keep our balcony door locked and not just closed! However, we will definitely go back! Food and drinks are a little pricey!"

"Ocho is an amazing place. We truly had the best time staying here. The staff goes ABOVE and BEYOND. From the pool to the bungalows it was so well decorated and such a cute place. The breakfast is amazing every morning, The beach is clean. I HIGHLY recommended. Giovanni, Elsa, Nancy, David, we can’t thank you guys enough for making our stay memorable. 5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
