"This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained. Garbage wasn’t taken out from the last guest. They only provided 3 towels (that need to be washed) when we reserved for 6. Host absolutely...

"Do not stay here, the host never responded to any messages and we were unable to checkin. We were left seeking other accommodations after hotels.com took almost full payment for a months stay from us and has yet to return it because “they cannot reach the host” . This is a lot of money to be held from us unavailable to make another booking to replace this one. It has been almost 2 months and hotels.com is not responding to my emails about my refund. "

"Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we asked if they had any other rooms available since it was getting late. They did, so I’m not sure if our intended room was in better condition than the one we ended up in. However, the room we were in was dated, not in a good way. It was clean, but it felt in need of some upgrades. The pull-out sofa felt dirty, the shower curtain felt dirty - both of those things could have used a good deep cleaning or replacement. The Union Station entrance is a very interesting, beautiful, and historically significant building. The property itself was very convenient. The staff was very friendly, and the dining options were great."
