Nice property that needs some TLC. Still everything worked and it had good air conditioning. The staff were friendly, I slept well on the bed and the TB worked well. WiFi was OK. Veneer was peeling off the door and it needs a few other fixes but for the price, it was a bargain and clean comfortable hotel in a very good area in the port. Just a few minutes walk from the Zocalo and lots of shops restaurants and bars

El Hotel no acepta mascotas. Deben de actualizar su publicación. También tienen que actualizar la forma de pago, ya que yo elegí pagar en la propiedad y el hotel hace el cargo a la tarjeta cuando queda autorizada la reservación.

Por el precio y la ubicación le puse 3 estrellas, le reste una estrella porque no tiene estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad, el estacionamiento es en la calle hay que pagar parquímetro o convenio con un estacionamiento que está un poco lejos y tiene costo extra y otra estrella porque las toallas y sábanas ya están muy viejas aunque estaban limpias daban mal aspecto, una toalla que me tocó estaba manchada.

La habitacion y el servicio es muy cordial y limpio, el detalle es que no cuenta con estacionamiento frente al hotel, cuentan con un servicio de estacionamiento a dos calle por 80 pesos

Para el precio no podemos exigir mucho

Desde el ingreso en el primer día la habitacion tenía un olor muy fuerte a orin y a humedad, en la noche llovió y nos dimos cuenta que se metía el agua por la ventana en la cual anteriormente quizá tenían un clima de ventana y lo sustituyeron por una tabla de madera, el piso estaba lleno de agua, las toallas ni se diga... Estaban rotas y la limpieza que el personal hacia era solo de llevarse las bolsas de basura, cambiar las toallas, colocar papel higiénico, sobres de shampoo y jabón. La atención del personal en la entrada es muy amable. Estacionamiento solo es para dos coches enfrente del hotel, si no alcanzas a ganar tienes que pagar parkimetro o pagar una estancia de $80 por día
