"The absolute BEST location. The views are stunning. Watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico from Hotel Mar y Tierra is truly worth getting up early for. So many great places to eat just steps away. I can't say anything about the bar, parking, or pool as I did not use. The hotel was lovely, comfortable, and very clean."

"The rooms are clean but very very outdated and smell like mold like. the room conditions are average. the smoke alarm in the hallway outside of my bedroom beep the whole time I was there. I mentioned to the front desk, but it was not replaced so I can hear it throughout the night. the location is great in the middle of attraction. "

"The hotel itself it's clean the morning staff Letty was friendly helpful and polite but the evening staff lady on the other hand was rude and very Curt. The room smell like mold, mildew and oder couldn't put my finger on the right word there was mold on the walls. the AC control is only one speed. You can hear everything from the rooms above to the side and below you. I couldn't get a good night's sleep the three nights I stay there because it was so loud and noisy."
