Soucis de réservations

Chambre réservée la veille, le soir même nous n'avons pas pu dîner, car réservation non faite ?! les 20 places étaient déjà occupées à la réservation. L'enregistrement du paiement a été fait dès la réservation ce qui ne se fait pas en général et je n'ai payé que les petit déjeuners. Sinon cadre un peu ancien mais correct même dans une chambre pas trop chère.

Le cabinet de toilette,comportait uniquement deux minibus cule sachet de gel douche et pas de savon. L’obligation d’arriver entre 16h et 18h pour le Check in ,sinon impossible d’avoir la chambre. Tout est réduit au minimum ,sauf le petit déjeuner,très correct.

Dordogne mixed feelings

Somewhat mixed feelings. We arrived and the budget room we had booked was tiny and had no draw space to put clothes and only a rail to hang things. We requested a larger room and got one at an extra cost which was fine. The location was stunning over looking a field of sunflowers (its a shame they had gone past their best. We chose the hotel as it was out of the town but had a restaurant, unfortunately it was not open on the night we arrived (Friday night!) so we had to walk the busy road back into town. We stayed 4 nights and would have loved to use the pool on return from our excursions, but it was green! although the loungers were still out and there was a pink ring floating on the surface. The one night in four that the restaurant was open the food was lovely.

hotel très bien situé

Chambre assez grande et confortable. Une odeur désagréable dans cette chambre qui oblige à garder la fenêtre côté rue ouverte. Et la femme de ménage qui referme la fenêtre dans la journée, donc de nouveau le même problème lorsque nous arrivons le deuxième soir.

Nous n'avons pas pu avoir la chambre réservée avec Hotel. Com. Celle qui nous a été attribuée était d'un standing et d'un prix inférieur. La chambre que nous avions aurait besoin d'un petit coup de jeune. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec de très bons produits faits maison.

Accueil froid. Le ménage est à revoir, des cheveux sur le sol, des toiles d'araignées et poussière dans la salle de bain qui retienne bien les cheveux et autres ! Des mouches ont été écrasées sur le mur ainsi que sur la tête de lit, cela n'a pas été nettoyé ! Le premier soir, une araignée dans la chambre. J'ai demandé un ballai et écraser la bête moi même, la gérante ne c'est pas déplacée. Le lendemain soir, nous rentrons tard, la chambre n'a pas été fermée à clef après le passage de la femme de chambre. Quant au restaurant trop cher pour le repas servi.

Bien situé, accueil agréable mais route bruyante

Hôtel bien situé, avec une piscine agréable et une cuisine savoureuse le soir au restaurant (dont menu enfant qui change agréablement du steak frites!). Mais une chambre donnant sur la route très passante et une insonorisation insuffisante nous ont empêché de bien dormir. Sinon l'accueil était très bien.

La posizione dell'hotel é ottima e centrale per la visita della valle della Dordogna. La cucina del ristorante é concorrenziale con l'ottima cucina locale. La cena all'aperto ci ha stupiti per il meraviglioso paesaggio e il passaggio delle mongolfiere. L'hotel é dotato di piscina, anche se il vicino fiume Dordogna é balneabile. Punti negativi: La cura della stanza e la pulizia dell'hotel ci ha lasciato un po' perplessi. Altrettanto il personale in quanto a cortesia disponibilità e comprensione dell'inglese. Manca l'aria condizionata e la nostra stanza, una suite family, era troppo basic e piccola, rispetto alle altre stanze pubblicate nelle foto.

Posizione fantasia per visitare la zona

Camera vecchia, i muri erano sporchi, pieni di zanzare schiacciate dai precedenti clienti. Letto comodo ma con cuscini da bambola e inadatti al riposo. Bagno vecchio, senza un minimo di prodotti di conforto (sapone e shampoo), doccia situata in una vecchia vasca bagno, gli asciugamani vecchi perdevano il tessuto, asse del wc rotta. Durante la nostra permanenza, abbiamo notato che nel corridoio c'era dello sporco che in 3 giorni non è stato mai pulito. Prezzo eccessivo rispetto alla qualità dell'hotel. L'unico pregio la presenza della piscina.
