"This hotel was the highlight of our trip. Hotels.com offered breakfast with the stay but then we were charged. That was unfortunate. But the property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The spa and massage therapists were 5 star. I would only go back to Switzerland to stay at the chedi. "

"I was really impressed with this place. It looks unassuming but the rooms were spacious and the bathroom really modern and the shower powerful. Exactly what I want from a hotel bathroom. If I were to nitpick, I’d say that because the mattress is memory foam, I sunk in a bit meaning that I could have done with a thinner pillow. The one provided was a bit too thick but that’s a personal preference. "

"We liked the location and the hotel very much - just matched our needs since we planned very late. Common kitchen concept was good and had to get used to that experience. Other than that, it was in a wonderful location with very easy access to train and walkable to Mount Titlis cable car"
