Luckily, our room’s window overlooked a type of lounge with plants which did have windows so we were able to see outside and get light through those windows so it was fine. "My friend and I stayed here for 9 nights. It was in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the London eye and had a bus stop only mètres from the front door and a tube station only about a 2 minute walk away. The room was standard hotel size (not overly large) but had a kitchenette which was very handy with a Sainsburys just downstairs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, printing out a lengthy document for us. There is a guest laundry with the washing machines free to use but...

House keeping came in everyday to make the bed and change the towels. Didn’t remove any rubbish during stay except for what was left after the first night.
