"The staff were super helpful and kind. The kids loves the pool and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Good location and lots of amenities nearby. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The room was clean overall, but the bed sheets were stained when we checked the beds. We also found some food debris on the couches and work table. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with different hot dishes offered each day. The waffles with strawberry topping were especially delicious! The regular coffee was good, although the decaf was just so-so. The hotel’s location was excellent, and the surroundings were great and quiet. The ice machine was conveniently located close to our room, although there were no other amenities available. Overall, the hotel was well maintained and offered a great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!"

"Overall property was clean and maintained. Room cleaning was done well but maintenance was weak. Crooked door handles, ceiling drywall cracked around access door, bathtub handle crooked and revealed rusty whole from original mounting location. Room inspections on a regular basis would help make this hotel be the luxury hotel it should be!"

The adjacent Palms bar and restaurant is first class: Excellent food and beverage served by amazing staff. I highly recommend Hotel Rialto and the Palms."

Huntingdon Hotel and Suites

"The property is lovely, very elegant and charming. Check in was fine, no surprises. We were able to add inside parking after picking up a vehicle. Our room was okay, missing a shower curtain at first but we finally got one the next day. As for it being a Superior Suite, well that's debatable, there was only one couch to sit on, the area was very small, no space to walk around, the channel listing for the TV didn't match with what we were finding, the Nespresso was busted but worked so they didn't replace it. The 15 stairs up to the loft bed got to be a lot after awhile (especially during the night if you needed the washroom), we are seniors so at the end of a long day it felt like a hike. We never used the stove but did make use of the fridge and microwave (which is up so high I couldn't get hot things out of it) We didn't make use of the additional services available other than the Breakfast Buffet. The food at the buffet is great lots of selection, would have been nice if it got switched up a bit more but there was lots to choose from. The beds were fantastic, king size and very, very comfortable. We didn't always make use of housekeeping but did notice the toilet didn't get well cleaned (under the seat) when we did. Housekeeping was very polite and respectful. The harbour is under construction so no view. All in all it's a lovely hotel, a bit over stated tho. We probably won't stay there again due to their location, they are at the end of the harbour."
