This is a new hotel , nice location, friendly staff,beautiful and clean rooms. Nice bar, Maurice at the bar makes the best drinks and he is very friendly. Good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay! Beautiful new hotel. Comfortable, clean and so quiet. Good location and easy walking distance to where you want to be. Having the bar and restaurant on site was a big bonus when we arrived jet lagged and our room wasn’t ready yet but we weren’t quite ready to take on the city. Will stay again!

Our first trip to Austria was made even more special by our stay at EST Hotel Palais Chotek. We were surprised to learn this is a brand-new hotel inside a beautiful historic building. Everything felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully designed. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Marvin, the concierge, warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly, efficient, and took the time to show us the hotel and explain the amenities. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—even my wife, who usually isn’t a fan of hotel buffets, loved it. Our eight-year-old daughter enjoyed it as well. If you’re visiting Vienna for the first time, I highly recommend EST Hotel Palais Chotek. Beautiful hotel, outstanding staff, and an unforgettable experience!

Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.

Sehr schönes Hotel und super Personal. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr bequem. Bett und Kissen waren ein Traum. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Viel Auswahl und für jeden was dabei. Schwarzer Kaffee aus der Maschine hat mir leider nicht geschmeckt.

Ein wunderschönes neues Boutique Hotel in das wir sehr gerne wieder fahren. Frühstücksbuffet klein und fein. Man würde sich wünschen z.Bsp. Eierspeisen Oder Sonderwünsche extra bestellen zu können. Bei uns war die Toilette im Zimmer leider nicht sauber was aber sofort gereinigt wurde. Aber so wirklich abgeholt wurde man nicht, dass das gar nicht geht. In einem Restaurant hätte man jetzt bei einem offensichtlichen Defizit z.bsp. Einen Drink aufs haus bekommen… Die Preise in der Tiefgarage sind für einen Tagespass angemessen - dass man Stunden nachzahlen muss über 24 ist okeee aber 8€/Std also das doppelte fast von anderen Parkhäusern mitten in der Stadt ist nicht akzeptabel.
