Our stay was perfect for a few nights in Vienna. This was one of the more affordable hotels we found with great reviews and we can see why! It was comfortable, clean, and the staff was great! Free coffee all day :) We would stay here again if we came back to Vienna.

Staff & room were great! We loved the location. It was very clean and we were greeted wonderfully. AC was hard to figure out and use, but luckily it wasn’t too hot outside so we were fine.

The room was very clean, very nice lobby to relax in. Alex at the front desk was so helpful with information. Hotel very convenient to transportation, and also walkable to town. We will stay here every time we visit Vienna.

A wonderful stay in Vienna

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located, friendly hotel. It's so nice to have the option of complimentary hot and cold drinks during the day, light snacks, (and night), a quiet atmosphere and welcoming, helpful staff.

Really nice boutique-style hotel right on the high street. Staff were lovely and the rooms were spot on for what we needed them for. Only downside was that we could hear next door’s movie blaring all night long but otherwise no complaints.

The exterior and entrance were unusual for this American, you enter off a busy pedestrian street and go through an ugly vacant room to the elevator which takes you up to the lobby. The lobby is very nice and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Very easy and all online check-in experience. Room keys are sent via their mobile app for check-in and uses Bluetooth. Salon area is nice and all day access to coffee is great. The room was comfortable and amenities provided are great. Wi-Fi was mostly good (few instances where speeds slowed) but stable the full trip.

Very clean,cozy and amazing service all around. The check in and out was very easy,excellent customer service at the front desk,everyone was very helpfull and also spoke multiple languages. Hotel Schani Salon is conveniently located. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than depicted. a couple of things I’d like to have seen; 1) better cleaning of our room and 2) space to put your things.
