We founded this hotel so convinient, that there's no way we cannot give a 5 Stars review. From the convinient train stops to the center, great breakfast, cozy room, easy location for food ordering. We also want to congratulate María at reception, he helpep us big time setting the transport app and her transportation advice was the best,great attitude, amazing person, more employees should follow her example.

Small little cozy hotel near to all amenities

Excellent staff, were very helpful, Maria especially. Hotel is centrally located, tram is just 30 second (Nusdorfer Strasse) and in front of the hotel and train is about 10 min walk (Spittelau station).

Best choice to stay

Personnels were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice, comfortable and cleaned everyday. It was easy to go to anywhere in Vienna from the hotel.

Everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed as if we were at home. Very comfortable and warm hospitality. Breakfast was varied and all drinks were good. Special thanks to Gaia for hosting us well.

Most comfortable beds in the world! SOOOO comfy. Staff super nice. The streetcars 38 and 37 are outside so easy to go north or south and 1 block away you can get on the U4. So convenient. Many grocery stores a block away and of course the Leo Wiener Wurst stand. Super delicious. Great place to stay and very reasonable.

We booked Ibis for the Taylor Swift concert, that unfortunately did not happen. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly staff at reception. They had a bracelet making station and TS tunes playing. The staff were very friendly and helpful with parking and taking transit to the city centre. The room was a great set up for a family of four. The room was a decent size and more than enough space for a two night stay. The city centre is 15 mins by tram from the hotel and has a grocery store close by. Highly recommend and would go back again.
