We really enjoyed our short stay. Well appointed rooms with excellent bathrooms in particular. Breakfast is mainly vegetarian, but an excellent selection. Staff very pleasant and helpful and were really kind to us when we had a medical emergency. Would certainly stay at this property again.

This hotel was so cute! Very clean and organized. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit far from the main city center of Vienna but it is very close to the trains so that was helpful. The moon theme was so fun and the room had a fridge which was a first in our Europe trip! They also allowed us to check in early which was very nice

The location of this hotel is brilliant. Close to station and public transport. The reception staff and breakfast and bar staff are all lovely and kind. Our first allocated room had a failed drain and the bathroom was very smelly. We were moved to a second room where the carpet was very heavily stained all over and the sink in the bathroom was also permanently stained. Really odd. It just felt unclean. This was not a cheap hotel and the room should have been of a much higher standard - it needs a complete carpet clean and a new sink at least. We would suggest that prospective guests check the state of the rooms more keenly than we did, but if we hadn’t taken this room the only option was to move to one room for one night then move again for the next three nights. Now at an NH collection hotel - less expensive ( but not in Vienna so that could be a reason) but it is immaculate .

Comfortable and large room with easy to use temperature controls. Hotel is ideally located for exploring the city as stops trains, subway, trams and buses can all be found within short walking distance.
