We had a really good experience except for one staff who was not helpful when I needed to print a document, I understood that he couldn’t do it from the computer at the desk but he also didn’t help me by offering any local solutions. I never did get my document printed and lost the money spent for the pass so it was very disappointing. Overall, the rest of the staff were great and the accommodations were very fun. It was a great location just outside the Park and a very short walk to the transit. I would totally recommend this hotel!

Our family stayed here 4 nights. Great location and spacious with bunks beds that were fun for kids. Beautifully located in a great neighborhood. Only drawback: no coffee maker or mini fridge which would have been nice. But there’s a café downstairs.

Perfectly acceptable hotel, although a bit removed from the main tourist attractions. Very close to the metro however, and getting around was easy. I found the staff to be a bit "bare minimum" aside from one super friendly guy working in the coffee/bar area on the main floor. Maybe it´s the cold Austrian demeanor that I´ve heard so much about....but it costs nothing to smile and say please and thank you.

The hotel is excellent in every way. Its location, the attentiveness of the staff, the lobby, terrace, overall hotel design, room design, and value for money are all outstanding. I was far more satisfied than I had expected and exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. I highly recommend it to everyone

We booked the SuperSense Room which was large and very comfortable. The musical instruments and recording station was a plus. We enjoyed the room. However, we found the bed a tad too firm and we would have liked the room to be wet mopped since there are are no bedroom slippers provided and we like walking bare footed.

Lovely hotel! Clean, well decorated with a cool vibe retro vibe. Liked the cafe downstairs and chill out area around the lobby. Everything was modern and the staff were friendly. Room for improvement on the room amenities though as there was no fridge so you couldn’t keep drinks cool in the room. Or a kettle in the rock would also be nice. But as this is described as a ‘hostel hotel’ perhaps lakc of the items are on purpose. Otherwise I would stay again at the hotel and would recommend. Close by to the metro station so easy to get into the city

The hotel itself is cool and trendy, with different themed rooms. The cleanliness left much to be desired, which I have raised directly with the hotel. There are no coffee or hot water facilities in the room, no fridge either. The shower was also in the main bedroom which might be a problem if you are sharing with a colleague, for example. The mattress was very firm, which is fine for me but my partner found it uncomfortable. On the plus side, the windows and walls blocked out almost all the noise from the theme park. Overall, it’s a quirky hotel which is cool- but basics are over looked. There are probably better options in the Vienna for the price… and based on cleanliness I wouldn’t recommend. Downstairs cafe is always full of students from the university, which is fine- but it doesn’t feel like a hotel!!

This place was wonderful. A station to check yourself in if the front desk was busy was really awesome. We reserved the Cinema Room with our family and it was perfect. Brought our own HDMI cable to connect to our iPad and was like sleeping in a movie theater.
