Vienna Woods, Lower Austria hotel rooms at the Leonardo Hotels

"Always enjoy the convenience of walking across the street to the airport from the hotel. Front desk staff always friendly. Appreciated a small women’s day gift. The restaurant staff could be friendlier though. "

"On the whole, an excellent hotel. Most of the staff we dealt with were very helpful but there were a couple that just seemed like lost teenagers, not sure of what was going on. The salon bar was supposed to be open on Saturday night, and we were told as much, but we went twice to try and it was empty, no staff. Room service is advertised but the timings were not consistent, rather seemed dependent on what staff were around. The phone in our room didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during our stay. The room was very hot and the air con wouldn’t go below 20, tricky as someone 8 1/2 months pregnant, they did bring another pillow for me straight after requested though! Rooftop bar is excellent, the hotel decor was excellent. Location was excellent. It was just those couple of things and some of the staff that let it down and made it feel like we were weren’t staying in a high end a hotel to match the beautiful surroundings. Xxx"

"Obrigada pela experiência! Nosso quarto era perfeito e o hotel era lindo. O cafe da manhã estava delicioso com muitas opções de comidas e bebidas (pão de queijo, coxinhas, goiabada, doce de leite.... eles têm de tudo!) Uma recomendação é .... experimente uma caipirinha! Muito saboroso e bem Brasileira! "
