Very family friendly, had a 7 year and 3 month old with us and both had fun and were well taken care of. Staff overall was welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious, mainly ate at the buffet but à la cartes were great too! Only a few minutes from the airport which was wonderful to not have to have a long transfer.

-Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, a well stocked fridge and nice balcony. -Overall the food was good, especially the specialty restaurants. -The staff were friendly and willing to help. -Although there is an adults area the resort is more geared towards families but was never overbearing. -Good entertainment at night, we especially enjoyed the 2 singers, one of the guys name was Shane forgot the other. They were great!

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Bay resort. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very good with many choices on the buffet. The reservation dinners were all good but our favorite was the Italian restaurant. We didn’t have any trouble finding places to sit around the pool or the ocean. A couple of suggestions would be to add corn hole boards or some other games on the harmony side of the resort and the only swim up bar is on the family side of the resort.

The ocean was not visible from my room but I did have a have the view of the lazy river and a beautiful palm tree with coconut and every morning their were beautiful hummingbirds that flew around the tree.

Nicely appointed room in the Harmony section of the resort. Several pools and the ocean front were easily accessible. Common areas were kept pristine at all times. Me and my family had the best time at Coconut bay! Every employee was so nice and accommodating, the food was very good and lots of fun things to do on the resort for kids. The only downside is the main beach is the Atlantic Ocean which we found the waves were too rough to go in and enjoy the water, but that’s not the resorts fault. The resort itself was beautiful, highly recommend staying here :)
