5 Star staff. 5 Star hotel.

The hotel is superbly finished. Wood everywhere, well lit and great overall design. But beyond the building the staff were absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much, they were ALWAYS on hand and went the extra mile more than once. We were even offered a native delicacy for breakfast on our last day ‘Tupig’. Great stay. We will certainly be back.

The property is old charm. The room floors are all old wood and creaks with the age. Unique ambiance and the breakfast was great.

Nice but they need to fix their water heater.

Nice hotel, however, they didn't have a water heater which means we have to use COLD water when showering and we did not like that.

i book a room based on images shown in the sites, upon check in i was told the room is in the attic with a very small floor window, which is totally different from the pics described in expedia.

Hotel itself was beautiful! Rooms were clean and the staff were professional. Just a small note to the staff: the bathroom we had in our room had an improperly fitted shower door. A lot of water leaks out. May I suggest installing a rubber seal on the glass edges to prevent water leaking out. It would surely improve guest experience. Thank you!

Staff were helpful when we arrived at the hotel but they did not response to late check in procedure message. It’s clean but old, there were insects (mosquitoes and ants in our room) Breakfast choices were good and of good quality, deserving of a special mention.

Had small issue in that room booked was super small and had to upgrade to junior suite at a cost. Junior suite was nice and spacious but didn’t have refrigerator as advertised. Had to ask staff to move one into room. Hotel advertises free WiFi in room but only location it works is in lobby. Breakfast was good.

Staff are accommodating 🤗 The place is just a walk away from the famous Calle Crisologo. Kalesa ride for tours and trikes are near the area as well. Bar Tech is a step away from the hotel so if ya'll want to have fun and drink the night away till 2am it would be very safe and convenient to walk back to the hotel after a fun night out.
