“Beds need improvement ”

“Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. ”

“Overall was good. I think the 24 hour before key code system is so stressful, especially when the email they sent didn't include the passcode. We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. We finally could get our key passcode after we contacted the Accommodation Emergency number. The staff was very nice and she immediately email us the code. Despite this, the room 31 was...

“Tolle Unterkunft, freundliches Personal, guter Service. Mit dem Zug ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Londoner Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglickeiten direkt nebenan. Wir haben zum Glück kurz vorher in einer Gast-Bewertung gelesen, dass das Hotel in der Umweltzone liegt. Man muss sein Auto vorher registrieren lassen.”
