"Great location. Out of town enough to view an aurora through the window while our baby was sleeping. Could ski on the frozen river straight from the property. Loved the wet room with a sauna - this was really cool! Staff were good at communicating once we were there but not initially after booking which would’ve been helpful. Lots of parking. Easy distance to airport, large supermarket and the amenities in the town. Close to a large ski area also. Overall, we’d definitely return to Artic Resort...

"This property was perfectly located for our trip and had everything we needed. The option for a late check out was extremely handy. The only thing that would have made things better would have been if there was an option for early check in say 1pm instead of 4pm as our flight landed at approx 11.30 so we had to use a storage facility nearby for our luggage and wait around for 4 hours. "Very nice full wood cabin with very high ceiling on the common area. Felt like staying home. Fireplace on the common area built perfect mood in the dark nights of early autumn. Sauna 247 warm also nice. Skiing resort next doors and nice location almost on top of ounasvaara. Service was fantastic, got the cabin couple hours early. If I had to come up with something negative - cabins could be spreaded out little bit and the air circulation in the cabin was little noisy."

"Great deal compared to other hotels. Super clean, lots of space and 5 minute walk to city center but you need to take a bus to Santa Claus Village. There is no front desk but communication by text was quick with the number given. Convenient market on ground floor for anything you might need. Would stay again."
