O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas.
