Proprété inexistante, wifi et réseau absents
J'ai réservé une nuit pour 4 (3 adultes et 1 enfant), nous sommes arrivés à 18h, à 20h nous partions car nous avons cherché et trouvé un autre logement pour la nuit. De ce fait nous avons payé 2 nuits pour une seule (une nuit au mas torrencito, pet friendly et une nuit dans l'autre établissement dans lequel nous avons passé la nuit).
Donc nous avons payé une nuit complète pour 2h que nous sommes restés.
Nous ne pouvions pas rester, je vous explique :
Nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été accueillis par 3 chiens (ok c'est un établissement qui accepte les animaux de compagnie mais je pense que l'hôte devrait quand même recevoir ses clients).
Nous avons garé la voiture, et nous sommes descendus au logement, nous sommes arrivés sur une terrasse (il y avait 4 anglais, qui nous on indiquaient qu'il fallait pousser la grosse porte en bois pour rentrer). Nous n'avons toujours pas vu l'hôte.
Nous poussons la porte et là nous découvrons MIGUEL, l'hôte, qui nous reçoit, nous propose une 2eme chambre de plus pour 50€ (nous avions réservé un logement pour 4), donc nous déclinons la proposition car nous ne comprenions pas pourquoi.
Miguel, nous présente notre logement, une chambre dans laquelle il y a un lit pour 2 personnes (qui ne ressemble en rien à la photo qui est sur le site), une salle dans laquelle il y a un clic-clac, une "salle de bain" avec une douche, un évier et un toilette (la propreté laisse à désirer). Pas de wifi, pas de réseau.
